The Châteauneuf Witch's Soup is a free tour you can take as a family, whenever you like, with the help of a booklet and recipe card available from the Pouilly/Bligny Tourist Office website.
The aim of the game? To help Dame Catherine find the ingredients of a magical soup: that of the witch Beuffenie. Do you know the witch? Originally from the Précy area, she has haunted the stories of the Auxois Morvan for decades.
At each stage, after reading the explanations about the place and the clue, you have to find a hidden wooden marker and punch your recipe card in the right place. At the end of the tour, leave your clue card at the tourist office or in the letterbox of the Château de Châteauneuf to receive a little surprise in return.
The tour is 2 km long and suitable for children aged 5 and over.
There are also 8 other witch soups on offer in the Pays d'art et d'histoire, organised by the Pays de l'Auxois Morvan and the tourist offices. Free, educational and fun, these activities are a great way to rediscover little-known and mysterious places... Ranging from 2 to 6.5 km in length, these circuits are suitable for safe, self-guided walks with children. It's a chance to get some fresh air, learn a lot and have fun!
