At the Lassey restaurant, Chef Thomas Braghi subtly reveals his talent and taste for good food, with simple creativity.
Respect for the product and fine combinations set the tone. In his dishes, roundness and delicacy are underlined by a gentle pep, and above all raw produce, worked from A to Z so that nothing is wasted.
Originally from Haut-Savoie, Thomas Braghi has come across a vibrant Burgundy, with its frank character and rich terroir.
His recipes are a cross between farm and lake, where berries from the undergrowth, wild herbs and fermentations meet Burgundy's hallmarks and the classics of French cuisine.
Enjoy his signature dishes and juices down to the last spoonful, and match them with the cuvées from our cellar.

From 15/05/25 to 31/10/25 from 12:15 to 13:30 - from 19:15 to 20:30
From 01/11/25 to 24/11/25 from 12:15 to 13:30 - from 19:15 to 20:30.

From November to the end of March, open every day except Mondays and Tuesdays.
From April to mid-May, open every day except lunches on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
From mid-May to the end of October, open every day.
Service times: from 12:15 to 13:30 for lunch and from 19:15 to 21:00 for dinner.
Annual closure of the château from 24 November to 19 December 2025 inclusive and from 2 January to 30 January 2026 inclusive. Open every day for dinner during the festive season and for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays.
