On the edge of the Auxois region, on the edge of the Morvan, we raise our mulard ducks and sheep in the open air. Breeders and producers for over 30 years, our foie gras and all our products are made on the spot in the traditional way.
In line with our values, we have chosen to convert our sheep farming and our crops to organic farming. Following the acquisition of a mill, we transform our cereals into organic flour directly on the farm (wheat, chickpeas, spelt, small spelt and lentils).
