L'Echoppe Est Belle, located in the heart of the charming medieval village of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois and facing the Château, is ideal for 9 people.
Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen with cooking facilities. Lounge with flat-screen TV and a large 26 m2 bedroom with en suite shower room and WC.
Upstairs, the landing leads on one side to 2 interconnecting bedrooms, one of which has a very attractive shower room - separate WC - and an alcove with a quality convertible sofa (140x190cm) and a desk. On the other side, a fourth bedroom (terracotta floor tiles and exposed beams), with en suite shower room and direct access to a small terrace.
All the bedrooms are spacious, with queen-size beds (160x200cm) and flat-screen TVs.
Tailor-made solid oak headboards, large ornamental fireplaces, stained glass windows, etc. and a respect for noble materials such as wood, Burgundy stone and terracotta tiles make each room unique.
Despite the layout of this atypical village, you will be lucky enough to be able to enjoy a small enclosed courtyard, shared with the 4-person gîte upstairs (garden furniture, chiliennes and barbecue available). Washing machine shared by both gîtes.
All-inclusive gîte: heating, electricity, bathroom linen, beds made on arrival and end-of-stay cleaning. Pets welcome (€8 per day with pet deposit: €200)
Restaurants in the village. Car park opposite the gîte.
The gîte can be rented with gîte 21G2332 under reference 21G4072 for a total capacity of 13 people (2 extra beds possible on request). Cot and high chair available.
Canal de Bourgogne at the foot of the village with cycle route on site. Walks. Motorway exit: Pouilly-en-Auxois 10 km away.
