Le petit Moulin de la Motte

Between Dijon and the gates of the Morvan, a stone's throw from the Burgundy canal and Pouilly en Auxois, Le Moulin gîte opens its doors to you in the heart of the farm. Damien will be delighted to share his farming experience with you, in the company of his hens, who may come to visit you!

This single-storey gîte comprises a kitchen opening onto the living room with a sofa for 2/3 people and a dining table that can seat up to 4 people. It includes a bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed and an open-plan shower room with a washbasin and walk-in shower. The WC is separate and accessible from the lounge. A washing machine is available in the accommodation. Cot and high chair available on request. The sofa converts into a bed for 2 people in the living room. Please contact the Gîtes de France booking agency or the owners if you wish to use this extra bed.

A terrace adjoins the living room, with garden furniture for 4 people and 2 sun loungers. There is also a plancha grill. The gîte also has a 400 m² garden overlooking a small river and a pond. Please note that the river and pond are not secure. It is the tenant's responsibility to ensure the safety of the outdoor area in the presence of young children.

Barn (150 m2) converted into a sports hall with football goals, basketball hoop, tennis wall, table tennis table, darts board (coming soon: badminton/volleyball net). Accessible to the 2 gîtes. Outside: petanque court, 2 terraces.
There is ample private parking at the entrance to the farm. The gîte also includes a small cellar for storing bicycles.

All-inclusive price (except tourist tax): bed linen, towels, final cleaning, electricity and heating. Gîte sleeps 10 on the property.

The gîte Le Moulin is ideally situated 3 km from the Burgundy canal and its cycle route, 5 km from the Chailly golf course, 10 km from the Auxois race track and the Pouilly-Maconge airfield, 20 minutes from the châteaux of Châteauneuf en Auxois and Commarin and 30 minutes from the MuséoParc Alésia. Children's play area and football pitch in the village, 50 m from the gîte.
