Le Moulin de la Motte comprises two beautiful semi-detached gîtes in a restored 19th-century farmhouse that can accommodate up to 12 people together. Damien and Sonia, farmers by trade, have preserved the charm of this building by blending authenticity and modernity. Wide open to the surrounding countryside, it offers a privileged setting for rest and tranquillity in the heart of a hilly region.

In the 10-person gîte, you will find on the ground floor: a spacious entrance hall with cupboard space, a fitted kitchen and a large living/dining room. Flat-screen TV and wood-burning stove (wood provided). Toilets. Board games.
Upstairs, 4 comfortable bedrooms in soft colours, two bedrooms for 3 people (one 140cm bed and one single bed) and two bedrooms for 2 people, one with a 160cm bed, the other with a 140cm bed. Large bathroom with corner bath. Shower room with walk-in shower. Separate WC.

In the single-storey gîte for 2/4 people, located in the extension, you will find a kitchen opening onto the living room with a sofa for 2/3 people and a dining table that can seat up to 4 people. It includes a bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed and a shower room opening onto the bedroom with a washbasin and walk-in shower. The WC is separate and accessible from the lounge. A washing machine is available in the accommodation. Cot and high chair available on request.

All-inclusive price (except tourist tax): bed linen, towels, final cleaning, electricity, wood and heating.

Large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Barn (150 m2) converted into a sports room with football goals, basketball hoop, tennis wall, table tennis, darts (coming soon: badminton/volleyball net). Room accessible to the 2 gîtes. Outside: petanque court, 2 terraces. The exteriors are currently being finished. Unenclosed grounds. Pond and stream in the property not secured. Tenants are responsible for ensuring the safety of the outside area in the event of the presence of young children.

Ample private parking is available at the entrance to the farm. There is also a small cellar for storing bicycles.
The gîtes Le Moulin are ideally situated 3 km from the Burgundy canal and its cycle route, 5 km from the Chailly golf course, 10 km from the Auxois motor racing circuit and the Pouilly-Maconge airfield, 20 minutes from the châteaux of Châteauneuf en Auxois and Commarin and 30 minutes from the MuséoParc Alésia; children's play area and football pitch in the village 50 m from the gîte.
