Guillaume ROYER, MOF 2015, welcomes you to his establishment where you can discover the chef's traditional and local cuisine.
"La table de Guillaume" is nestled in the heart of the medieval village of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois.
From Vandenesse to Châteauneuf, Guillaume only has to travel a few kilometres to find Vincent Labulle in the kitchen and the Hostellerie team. It's hard to imagine a more cocooning setting, with the fire in the fireplace on grey days or the terrace that stretches out on sunny days, right at the foot of the castle. Guillaume proposes "grandma's cooking that we are not used to eating anymore", you will enjoy the traditional pâté en croûte de chasse (a killer!), the puff pastry with Burgundy snails, the Morteau sausage and Paris mushrooms, the calf's head with gribiche sauce, the tripe with Marsannay (hum!). Save some room for dessert: Bourdaloue tart or forest from here... And sleep on the spot if your body tells you to!
