La Seigneurie

The 105m2 gîte La Seigneurie is located in the heart of the charming medieval village of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois, opposite the Château. It is on the 2nd floor of an 18th-century residence and is ideal for 4 people.
The spacious living area comprises a lounge with a sofa bed and an open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, wine cellar, Nespresso, etc.).
2 bedrooms, one with a 140x190cm bed and the other, with its sublime high ceilings and beams, has a 160x200cm double bed. Tiled floor, lovely view of the Château.
And to top it all off, you have access (a few steps) to an unusual bathroom, made of Burgundy stone. Bath, double walk-in shower, double washbasin and separate wc.
The combination of noble materials such as wood, Burgundy stone and terracotta tiles with modern touches makes this accommodation unique.
Despite the layout of this atypical village, you can enjoy a small enclosed courtyard, shared with the 9-person gîte below (garden furniture, chiliennes and barbecue available). Washing machine shared by both gîtes.
All-inclusive gîte: heating, electricity, bathroom linen, beds made on arrival and end-of-stay cleaning. Pets welcome (€8 per day with pet deposit: €200)
Restaurants in the village. Car park opposite the gîte.
The gîte can be rented with gîte 21G2331 under reference 21G4072 for a total capacity of 13 people (2 extra beds possible with the sofa bed on request). Umbrella bed and chair.
Canal de Bourgogne at the foot of the village with cycle route on site. Walks. Motorway exit: Pouilly-en-Auxois 10 km away.
