La Maisonnette au jasmin

Situated in a small village overlooking the Vallée de l'Ouche, this charming little house (formerly a bookshop) has its own private outdoor area with magnificent views over the valley and surrounding forests. Ground floor: living room opening onto dining room, wood-burning stove, widescreen TV, wifi, functional kitchenette, large shower room with Italian shower and WC. Upstairs (accessed via a spiral staircase): mezzanine bedroom with 1 x 140 cm bed. 1 cot and 1 high chair on request. The gîte is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or young children (children are the responsibility of their parents). Private parking in front of the gîte. At the rear, a small private area with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue.

Lake Panthier 12 km away: beach, supervised swimming in summer, sailing. A few kilometres away, the medieval village of Châteauneuf en Auxois. Nearby: numerous cycling and walking routes along the Canal de Bourgogne. 30 minutes from Beaune and its Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and 40 minutes from Dijon, Capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, and its Cité de la Gastronomie.
