Upstairs, on the mezzanine level, a beautiful, modern, fully-equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances, a bedroom with 1 x 180 cm bed (+ 1 extra bed), a shower room, separate WC, a bedroom with 2 x 90 cm beds that can be moved closer together. Mezzanine with 1 x 90 cm bed. Shower room with WC, bedroom with 140 cm bed. 2nd gîte: La Maison de ferme: Ground floor: cosy living room with wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV (Netflix), table football, fully-equipped modern kitchen/dining room with American fridge, large dining table. Veranda, lovely terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. First floor: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed + 1 x 90 cm bed, 1 shower room with shower and WC, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed (+ 1 extra 90 cm bed), with private bathroom, clawfoot bath, shower and WC. Under the mezzanine, a bedroom with 3 90 cm beds, opening onto the landing (independent access). 1 separate WC. 1 cot + 1 high chair available. Meals can be taken in the "Porcherie", a large room with kitchen, American fridge, flat-screen TV, etc., which can accommodate up to 18 people. Terrace with gas barbecue, garden furniture. Each gîte has its own swimming pool: 4 x 4 m secure swimming pool with gate next to the "la Porcherie" communal room, and 10 x 4 m heated swimming pool (secure with underwater cover) accessible directly from the terrace of the "la maison de ferme" gîte. Pools open from mid-April to the end of October (weather permitting). Bike storage available.
