Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with 1 140 cm bed + 1 90 cm bed (2 bunk beds), 1 children's bedroom with 1 140 cm bed + 1 90 cm bed (2 bunk beds), numerous board games, children's books...1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed, 1 bathroom with WC, an adjoining flat with a small kitchenette (with microwave and mini-fridge), shower room with WC, small terrace with lovely views over the surrounding countryside, 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and 1 bedroom upstairs with 2 90 cm beds.

Large grounds of 13,000 m², with covered, heated swimming pool, open from mid-April to mid-October (9X4 m, depth 0.50 cm to 1.80 m). Large terrace. Garden furniture with parasols and deckchairs. Barbecue and plancha. Barn with table tennis, darts, molki etc. Large petanque area. Small stream on the property. Children are the responsibility of their parents.

Close to the Burgundy canal and its cycle route, 5 km from the Chailly golf course, 10 km from the Auxois race track and the Pouilly-Maconge airfield, 20 minutes from the châteaux of Châteauneuf en Auxois and Commarin and 30 minutes from the MuséoParc Alésia. 40 minutes from Dijon, Capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and Cité de la Gastronomie.
