Fête du boeuf- Pouilly en Auxois

The "Fête du Bœuf de Pouilly" association is organising its traditional butcher's competition. This year the "FÊTE DU BŒUF" will take place on Saturday 26 April 2025 and will bring together numerous cattle and sheep of high butchery quality at the Pôle Agricole in Pouilly en Auxois for the 10th year.
Programme:
- Friday 25 April from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm: Arrival and installation of the animals at the show.
- Saturday 26th April :
8.00am - 10.00am Jury operation, classification of animals
10.00 am Opening to the public and commercial sale
13.00 Meal with local Charolais meat
15h30 Prize-giving ceremony
FREE ADMISSION - Open to the public from 10am
