We're Rosine and Sylvain, good-natured farmers who love nature and meeting new people! Based in the heart of the Auxois in the village of Beurey-Bauguay, we raise our animals and farm our land on the family farm. Our 80 Charolais cows and 20 ewes graze in the meadows during the summer months, enjoying the rich, tasty grass of the Auxois hedgerows. In winter, they move into the farm buildings and are fed with the fruits of our harvests (wheat, barley, oats, peas, alfalfa, hay, etc.).
As a firm believer in short distribution channels and local production, we offer a range of products from our farm: spreads, sausages and beef jerky for tasty, convivial aperitifs; frozen minced steaks for the pleasure of a burger or a quick meal, as well as ready-to-cook or frozen meat for cordon bleu cooks.
