Le Moulin offers a beautiful gîte for ten people in a restored 19th-century farmhouse. Damien and Sonia, farmers by trade, have preserved the charm of this building by blending authenticity and modernity. Wide open to the surrounding countryside, it offers a privileged setting for rest and tranquillity in the heart of a hilly region.

Ground floor: spacious entrance hall with cupboard space, fitted kitchen and large lounge/dining room. Flat-screen TV and wood-burning stove (wood provided). Toilet facilities. Board games.
Upstairs, 4 comfortable bedrooms in soft colours, two bedrooms for 3 people (one 140cm bed and one single bed) and two bedrooms for 2 people, one with a 160cm bed, the other with a 140cm bed. Large bathroom with corner bath. Shower room with walk-in shower. Separate WC.
Ample private parking is available at the entrance to the farmhouse. The gîte also includes a small cellar for storing bicycles.

All-inclusive price (except tourist tax): bed linen, towels, final cleaning, electricity, wood and heating.

Large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Exterior work in progress. Barn (150 m2) converted into a sports room with football goals, basketball hoop, tennis wall, table tennis table, darts board (coming soon: badminton/volleyball net). Room accessible to the 2 gîtes. Outside: petanque court, 2 terraces. Unenclosed grounds. Pond and stream on the property not secured. Tenants are responsible for ensuring the safety of the outdoor area in the presence of young children.

Le Moulin gîte is ideally located 3 km from the Burgundy canal and its cycle route, 5 km from the Chailly golf course, 10 km from the Auxois racetrack and the Pouilly-Maconge airfield, 20 minutes from the châteaux of Châteauneuf en Auxois and Commarin and 30 minutes from the MuséoParc Alésia. Children's play area and football pitch in the village 50 m from the gîte.
