In the heart of the Auxois, in a green and quiet setting, wooden chalet with a modern interior, an ideal pied à terre to take advantage of the assets offered by our beautiful Burgundy. Ground floor: bright living room with integrated kitchen, large central island serving as a dining table and sitting area. 2 bedrooms with a double bed. Shower room with Italian shower and WC. Upstairs: small mezzanine and a bedroom with 2 single beds. Baby equipment: high chair only.

Outside: terrace and unfenced garden of 450 m². Private parking. Remsie with bicycles available.

Electric heating and electricity included. Please note: you must bring your own sheets and towels, which are not provided by the owner (no linen hire). Final cleaning at extra cost.

Numerous possibilities for discovery and activities in the vicinity: hiking, cycling on the Burgundy canal, Chailly golf course, Auxois car circuit, boat cruises in Pouilly-en-Auxois, Commarin and Châteauneuf-en-Auxois castles. Panthier and Grosbois lakes with beaches in season. 30 minutes from Dijon, the capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, Beaune, the capital of Burgundy wines, the MuseoParc Alésia and the Morvan Regional Park.
